Payment

​

A 60% deposit is required to book your spot in my commission schedule. The remaining balance (40% plus shipping cost) is due once the portrait has been completed. The artwork will be shipped after the final payment has been received. Payment can be made via credit card, Venmo or check. Any transaction fees are covered by the buyer.

 

Timescale

 

Kate Webber will provide an estimated date of completion for your artwork and will contact you the week before work begins on your portrait.

Cancellations

​

There will be no cancellations once the portrait has been started.​

Delivery & Postage

​

Your artwork is painted on canvas and includes a simple wood frame. It is safely and securely packaged for transit.

Postage to anywhere in the USA is $16 using Priority Mail which includes shipping and $50 insurance. You will receive a tracking number when the artwork has been shipped. For anywhere else in the world, please contact me for an individual tracked shipping quote.

If you would like to add additional shipping insurance, please let me know before I ship your finished portrait. Added costs will be incurred by you and payable before I ship your artwork.

 

Import Tax & Duties

If you have made your purchase from outside the USA, your delivery may be subject to import tax. These charges will be specific to your country and you will be responsible for paying any import tax and duties should they arise. Kate Webber cannot be held responsible for any additional charges which may occur.

 

Damage in Transit

 

All portraits are extremely well packaged but in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit, please email a photograph of the damaged artwork to Kate Webber immediately.​ Kate Webber cannot be held responsible for damage incurred while in transit.

Collection

​

You are welcome to collect your artwork in person from my studio in Dublin, NH. Please contact Kate Webber in advance if you wish to collect your portrait in person so that no delivery charges are made.

 

Copyright

Kate Webber retains copyright to all artwork that she produces and so reserves the right to use commissioned work for promotional purposes, both online and in other promotional materials. Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shared must notify her before work commences.
